Nick Siegner is being mentored at Bateman Equipment Corporation. On this day Nick was getting his certification to drive "Big Red", a forklift. Siegner was asked about how his day starts and how he gets his tasks for the day. "Every morning, I ask my supervisors what to do, they give me direction and if you don't listen you won't get things done; I like to keep busy."

Kylar is an OYAP participant who works all day and attends TTG welding school every Tuesday and Thursday night to work towards earning his level 1 training standard in the area of Welding.
