Community Involvement

Students must complete 40 hours of community involvement while in high school as part of the requirements for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

Grade 12 students must submit their Community Involvement Hours by June 3rd (or sooner!!) for approval if they wish to graduate this year!

Download and print a copy of the community involvement form or pick up a paper copy in Student Services. Please hand in your completed community involvement sheet in Student Services.  If you have questions regarding an upcoming opportunity, please see your guidance counsellor.
