Maybe rugby is the sport for you. We offer an alternative to the regular sports out there where strength, speed and tenacity wield huge rewards. It all begins with 6 weeks of fitness and conditioning designed to bring out the potential in each athlete. This team training program will include strength, flexibility, core work and cardio developed in consultation with local CrossFit affiliates.
